Co-browsing vs. screen sharing.
Surfly is No. 1 in online mimicking face-to-face meeting, enabling companies around the world to make any digital platform or technology "collaborative." Its main feature is co-browsing. But what is co-browsing? And what are its differences from other screen sharing softwares?
I created this video, from briefing to publication, to create more awareness around the product, and to show Surfly's technical superiority over other solutions. At the same time, the video improved the SEO ranking of some pages of the website, and the video ranked #1 on YouTube for search terms related to "co-browsing vs. screen sharing."
It Takes Two
In this YouTube series, consisting of multiple mini master classes, Surfly employees ranging from the CEO to the Lead UX designer to the SDRs gave their insights on how digital customer interactions are being revolutionized.
The various videos are used for both promotional and educational purposes, and to reinforce Surfly's position as a "thought leader." The videos serve as an introduction to Surfly and are used as supporting content for the surfly.com website, blog posts, marketing campaigns, and they are sent directly to prospects and customers.
