Coaching for organizations
For small to medium-sized businesses, I offer coaching programs based on Systemic Work (with constellations). Together we work to identify, recognize and transform blockages or obstructive patterns. Growth on a personal and team level are central. Together we take a holistic look at the pain points, and create a mindset shift in which we see these as opportunities for creativity, innovation and growth. We don't look at data, metrics, or other quantitative methods. Bad numbers are a symptom - a result of deeper problems. In my coaching, we dive into that deeper layer.
It's time for a coach when
in your team or organization
(you recognize one or more of the following)
Workers succumb to stress
There is structural or excessive employee attrition
Employees appear unmotivated and jaded
Staff retention is low
There are mutual conflicts
When in a team or between teams cooperation is structurally difficult
You hire knowledge migrants and want to supervise them well
There is no training for positive leadership and periodic retraining of managers or employees who are promoted
A major organizational change is coming or has occurred (mass layoff, acquisition or merger, major investment and explosive growth of teams or employee numbers)
You want to invest in building a strong company culture. Not through cliché assignments and one-liners, but by building a strong foundation with healthy dynamics - so everyone can be in their power and feel safe.
Management and HR see the mental health of their employees as a priority, and recognize that they have a responsibility to do so
We are a match when...
You recognize that a successful business is not just about numbers and measurements. A business is run by people. You are open to an approach where we put people, patterns, and mutual dynamics at the center
Management open to input and new insights. They are ready for the next step and can look critically at themselves and the organization
You believe that prevention is better than cure. You want to invest in sustainable policies that benefit not only the company, but everyone
Managers understand that leadership is not about making yourself great, but about helping others grow and empower themselves
You are open to a holistic approach where we pay attention to psychology, nervous system regulation, neuroplasticity, interpersonal skills, and the application of Systemic tools such as constellations and floor anchors
The organization puts the well-being of employees first and wants to support their personal goals and ambitions
Pathways
Leadership Coaching
Leadership is not about power, elbowing, elevating yourself above the rest, or saving your own skin. A true leader is actually a coach himself, a facilitator - not someone who makes himself great, but is committed to helping others grow and stand in their power. Leadership is about recognizing that you are never done learning, and that you have as much to learn from your employees as they have to learn from you. After all, running a healthy and successful organization is not a one-man-show; it is teamwork.
Not everyone is a born leader, and not every leader embodies the necessary qualities. Yet it is shocking how few organizations offer leadership training, even to employees who have no management experience but are promoted to a leadership position.
Strengthen your work culture and prevent the creation of toxic dynamics. An investment in healthy leadership is an investment in the success of your business.
Coaching for Employees
It is incredibly important for employers to invest in the mental and physical health of their employees, especially as burnout rates and employee attrition continue to rise nationwide. Fortunately, more and more companies are committed to prevention.
Perhaps there is already a budget for personal development in the fringe benefits, or the organization is setting this up. In this regard, it is advisable to establish partnerships with different services. That way you make wellness more accessible to employees and build a strong connection with the service providers - so that they specialize in the organization and can therefore provide even better support.
Don't wait until the sick call comes in - create an environment for your employees where they feel supported and safe to invest in their mental well-being and personal development. This not only benefits them, but also the organization.
Prices
There is the opportunity to purchase 1-on-1 coaching for both employees and executives on a retainer basis at a discounted price. The discount depends on contract length and number of hours.
It is also possible to enter into a partnership based on referrals. In that case you do not take a fixed number of hours, but you get a standard discount on the hourly rate.
The hourly rate for 1-on-1 coaching is 80 euros, excluding discount and VAT. Sessions can take place in-house at the organization, online, or at my practice in Amsterdam Center.
Method
Intake
During the intake we start working with the coaching question. Through targeted questions, I make sure we get a clear overview of the various areas of concern, the intended goals, and the success criteria. Based on this, we draw up a plan of action. We begin by acknowledging bottlenecks, and identifying opportunities for growth. We determine which tools are right for you, and based on that, we create a schedule.*
Alignment
After the intake, we take inventory. The goal is to dive deeper into blockages and identify and acknowledge obstructive patterns. We will explore these together through Systemic Coaching and tools such as (table) constellations, floor anchors, and visualization techniques.
Healing is in recognition. Once we have discovered the bottlenecks associated with the coaching question, a process is automatically initiated that will positively affect your work experience and team dynamics.
Transformation
Now that we have identified the blockages and obstructive patterns, we make an overview of the possible interventions, solutions, and responsibilities, and link that to the previously defined success criteria. We draw up a plan, which the coachee then works on independently. Depending on the length of the trajectory, it may be necessary to schedule evaluation moments in between, this can be in the form of an evaluation form, short video conversation, or if necessary, extra sessions.
Integration
We reflect on the process so far, and how we might fine-tune the plan. We turn this into a future-proof mission and vision, and a plan of action to integrate the learning goals in a lasting way. For coachees in the leadership track, we determine how to maintain a safe and healthy work environment, where employees and managers can continue to develop. This is all incorporated into a final report.
Aftercare is possible through scheduling periodic check-ins, and 1-on-1 coaching sessions for employees and managers who need it.
