Terms and Conditions
Introduction
Deze algemene voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op alle coaching- en Reiki-diensten die worden aangeboden door Josephina Bos, onder het label Conscious Creations. Door gebruik te maken van de diensten gaat u akkoord met deze voorwaarden. Lees deze voorwaarden zorgvuldig door voordat u gebruik maakt van mijn diensten.
1. Definitions
Coach: The service provider offering coaching.
Client: The natural person or legal entity using the services of Conscious Creations.
Agreement: The agreement between the Coach and the Client regarding the provision of services.
2. Applicability
2.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, quotations, work, agreements and supplies of services by or on behalf of the Coach.
2.2 Deviations from these terms and conditions are valid only if agreed in writing.
3. Services
3.1 The Coach offers the following coaching services:
Transformation Coaching
Reiki treatments, courses and ceremonies
Workshops, trainings, and keynote speaking
3.2 The content of the services is determined in consultation with the Client and may be modified during the term of the agreement.
4. Establishment of the Agreement.
4.1 The agreement comes into effect when the Client accepts an offer from the Coach by signing up for a service in writing or by e-mail.
4.2 After conclusion of the agreement, the Client will receive confirmation of the registration via email
5. Coach's Obligations.
5.1 The Coach will perform the services to the best of his/her ability and knowledge and strive to achieve the best possible result for the Client.
5.2 The Coach is affiliated with The New Yoga Network.
6. Client's Obligations.
6.1 The Client shall timely provide all information necessary for the execution of the agreement.
6.2 The Client actively participates in the coaching sessions and follows the Coach's instructions.
7. Betaling van diensten
7.1 Payment of an invoice must be made prior to the appointment. If payment is not made on time the appointment will be cancelled.
7.2 In order to guarantee the reserved time and date, the invoice must be made no later than 48 hours before the time and date to be reserved.
8. Annulering en Wijziging van een afspraak of boeking
8.1 Cancellation of an appointment by the Client must be made no later than 48 hours before the scheduled session.
8.2 Within 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, cancellations cannot be made, but the appointment can be rescheduled once to another date. For a second change within 48 hours, the appointment will be charged.
8.3 In case of no-show, the Client is liable for the full rate of the session.
9. Liability
9.1 The Coach is not liable for any damages arising from the execution of the agreement, unless the damages are due to intent or gross negligence of the Coach.
9.2 The Coach is not liable for indirect damages, such as consequential damages, lost profits or missed savings.
10. Confidentiality
10.1 Both parties are obliged to keep confidential all confidential information obtained from each other or from other sources in the context of the agreement.
10.2 Information is considered confidential if it has been communicated by the other party or if it arises from the nature of the information.
11. Complaint Resolution
11.1 Complaints about the services should be reported in writing to the Coach within 14 days of occurrence.
11.2 The Coach will provide a written response within 14 days of receipt of the complaint.
12. Disputes
12.1 All agreements between the Coach and the Client are governed by Dutch law.
12.2 Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where the Coach is located.
13. Webshop en Producten
13.1 Toepasselijkheid
Deze voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op alle aankopen via de webshop van Conscious Creations, inclusief gepersonaliseerde Reiki-symbolen en andere fysieke of digitale producten.
13.2 Bestelproces
13.2.1 Een overeenkomst komt tot stand op het moment dat een bestelling is geplaatst via de webshop en de betaling succesvol is afgerond.
13.2.2 De Cliënt ontvangt een bevestiging van de bestelling via e-mail.
13.3 Levertijd en Verzending
13.3.1 Gepersonaliseerde producten, zoals Reiki-symbolen, hebben een levertijd van gemiddeld 3 werkdagen, tenzij anders vermeld op de website of in de orderbevestiging.
13.3.2 Conscious Creations is niet verantwoordelijk voor vertragingen veroorzaakt door derden, zoals post- of koeriersdiensten.
13.4 Herroepingsrecht
13.4.1 Op gepersonaliseerde producten, zoals Reiki-symbolen, is het herroepingsrecht niet van toepassing, aangezien deze speciaal voor de Cliënt worden gemaakt.
13.4.2 Niet-gepersonaliseerde producten kunnen binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst worden geretourneerd, mits in originele staat en verpakking. De kosten voor retourzending zijn voor rekening van de Cliënt.
13.5 Prijzen en Betaling
13.5.1 Alle prijzen vermeld in de webshop zijn inclusief btw, tenzij anders aangegeven.
13.5.2 Betaling dient volledig te worden voldaan bij het plaatsen van de bestelling.
13.6 Aansprakelijkheid Fysieke Producten
13.6.1 Conscious Creations is niet aansprakelijk voor schade ontstaan door onjuist gebruik van de geleverde producten.
13.6.2 In geval van een productiefout of beschadiging tijdens transport dient de Cliënt binnen 7 dagen na ontvangst contact op te nemen.
13.7 Klachten en Geschillen Fysieke Producten
13.7.1 Klachten over producten of de webshop dienen binnen 14 dagen na ontdekking schriftelijk te worden gemeld.
13.7.2 Geschillen met betrekking tot webshopaankopen worden, indien niet anders overeengekomen, voorgelegd aan de bevoegde rechter in het arrondissement waar Conscious Creations is gevestigd.
14. Wijzigingen van de Algemene Voorwaarden
14.1 De Coach is gerechtigd deze algemene voorwaarden te wijzigen. Wijzigingen worden schriftelijk of via e-mail aan de Cliënt medegedeeld en treden 30 dagen na de mededeling in werking.
